About us.
Plain and simple.
We are Malaysia Clear Ice, a small clear ice supplier based in Kuala Lumpur. We make crystal-clear ice and deliver it same-day across KL and Selangor. That is the whole business.
What we do.
We produce clear ice using a slow directional-freezing process. The result is optically clear ice that tastes cleaner and melts more slowly than standard freezer ice. We cut it into five shapes: cubes, spheres, cylinders, columns and engraved cubes. We deliver same-day to bars, hotels, cafes, restaurants, baristas and homes across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
We operate two websites with identical content. malaysiaclearice.com is the primary domain. clearicesupplier.com is a mirror that points to the same WhatsApp and the same business.
How to order.
WhatsApp only. +60 11-3965 2066. No cart, no checkout, no account. Text us the shape, quantity and delivery address. We confirm a quote and delivery slot within the hour during business days. Payment is done before dispatch.
Minimum order is 25 pieces. You can mix and match any shapes. Same-day delivery for orders confirmed by 2 PM Malaysia time, traffic permitting.
What we are not.
We are not a large corporation. We are a small team making one thing and trying to make it consistently well. We do not have a retail store. We do not have a phone hotline. We do not have a website checkout. Everything happens on WhatsApp, which keeps things fast and personal.
Service area.
We serve Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley and Selangor. That includes KLCC, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Cheras, Shah Alam, Klang, Kajang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and 40+ other neighbourhoods. Outside this area? WhatsApp us and we will tell you if we can reach you.

Products and pricing.
- Clear Cube (5 cm or 5.5 cm). RM 3.00. Our signature shape. For spirit-forward cocktails, whisky neat, cold brew.
- Clear Sphere (5.5 cm). RM 3.50. Slowest-melting shape. For whisky neat and aged spirits.
- Clear Cylinder (4 by 11 cm). RM 3.50. For highballs, gin and tonic, cold brew in tall glasses.
- Clear Column (4 by 4 by 10 cm or 3.5 by 3.5 by 11 cm). RM 3.00. For narrow tall glassware.
- Engraved Cube. RM 4.00. Your logo or a guest's name engraved into a clear cube. 25-piece minimum, 2 to 3 day lead time depending on logo design. Not same-day.
Our approach.
We try to be honest about what we can and cannot do. Lead times depend on complexity. Same-day delivery is a target, not a contract. Prices are indicative until confirmed on WhatsApp. We say this upfront because we think it is the right way to operate.
We share general knowledge about clear ice on this site because people ask and because we find it genuinely interesting. None of the educational content here is our original research. It is food science and bar craft that has been written about for decades. We have gathered the version we use ourselves and the questions our customers ask.
