Terms of use.

1. Who we are.

We are Malaysia Clear Ice, a clear ice supplier operating in Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley and Selangor. We operate two websites with mirrored content: malaysiaclearice.com (canonical) and clearicesupplier.com (mirror). All references to "we", "us", "our", "the site" or "the business" in these terms apply to both.

2. Indicative pricing and specs.

The prices, dimensions, lead times and delivery time estimates shown on this site are indicative. They reflect our standard pricing at the time the page was last updated. The binding price for any specific order is the one we confirm on WhatsApp at the time of order. We may decline an order or quote a different price for unusual sizes, very large quantities, complex engravings or remote addresses.

Shape dimensions are nominal. Hand-finished ice has small natural variation (typically within plus-minus 5 mm).
Same-day delivery is a target, not a guarantee. We aim to ship orders confirmed by 2 PM Malaysia time the same day, traffic and weather permitting.
Engraving lead time depends on logo design and complexity. Typical range is 2 to 3 days. Complex artwork may take longer; we quote at the time of order.
Minimum order is 25 pieces per order, mix-and-match across shapes.

3. Orders and payment.

Orders are placed through WhatsApp at +60 11-3965 2066. The contract between you and us is formed when we confirm your order on WhatsApp with a quote and a delivery slot, and you confirm acceptance of that quote in the same chat.

Payment is due on order confirmation, before dispatch. We will share payment details (Malaysian bank transfer or other accepted methods) at the time of confirmation.

4. Delivery.

We deliver across Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley and Selangor. Delivery to the address you provide on WhatsApp is your responsibility to be available to receive. If you are not present at the delivery time and we cannot leave the order with someone authorised, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the order on receipt and tell our driver immediately if anything is wrong.

5. Cancellations and refunds.

Orders can be cancelled with no fee up to two hours before the agreed delivery slot. After that, because the ice has typically been packed and dispatched, we are not able to refund. For engraved orders, cancellations after the engraving has started cannot be refunded because the ice is custom and cannot be re-sold.

If an order arrives in unacceptable condition (significant melt, broken cubes, wrong shape), tell us on WhatsApp on the day of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.

6. Use of the site and content.

The site (including all source code, design, copy, structured data, photographs, FAQ wording, recipes and area pages) is the intellectual property of Malaysia Clear Ice and is licensed only as described in the LICENSE file at /LICENSE.

You may read the site, share links to it, and use the recipes for your own personal drinking. You may not copy the site, mirror it, scrape it, lift our copy for a competing site, or train any AI model on this content for the purpose of generating competing material. 7. No warranties on educational content.

The educational pages on this site (the "Why clear ice", "How clear ice is made", care guide, glossary, use-case guides, and cocktail recipes) are general information shared in good faith. They are not professional, legal, medical or food-safety advice. For specific use cases (food allergies, professional bar service standards, large-scale event production), please consult your own qualified advisors.

8. Limit of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of an order or out of your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific order, or RM 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost business, lost reputation, lost guests at an event).

9. Force majeure.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control (severe weather, road closures, public health orders, power outages, equipment failure, labour shortages, supply chain disruption). We will tell you as soon as practical and offer reschedule or refund.

10. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute between you and us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

11. Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes apply only to orders placed after the date of revision; in-flight orders are governed by the version of the terms that was current when you placed them.
