A 4 cm by 11 cm crystal-clear cylinder. Sits tall in a highball glass, chills the pour from top to bottom, and looks like a piece of architecture. Japanese highball
Whisky and soda, served tall over a single clear cylinder. The cylinder chills the entire pour at once, evenly, and the slow melt keeps the highball crisp.

Care tip.
